Nicaragua is a really nice country. After the usual border hassle, we crossed almost the whole country yesterday. Of course, not as smooth as we hoped. Best roads in Central America so for. I counted two unspectacular “poties”. On the other hand, this nice roads …. how can I say it?, maybe I tried to pushed to limit a bit further.
Where I am
Just approximately 250km left to the Guatemalan border. I’m mot sure we make it over tomorrow, it depends on the time we arrive and we need to get the paperwork done. I don’t like it to arrive at foreign territory too late. Let’s see.
Today we end up in a little town, called Arriaga.
We made it!, we made it to Acapulco in two days. I didn’t expect it. Two days just riding, all the time along the coast line. I wasn’t sure it was the right decision. Yesterday was the first time I wished, “Please, no more curves!”. But like always, if you want something, nobody is listening.
Hi Everyone,
just a short update. I’m still alive and doing well. I’m right now in Puerto Vallarta and hope we reach Guatemala at the end of the week. Unfortunately is something on my computer/software /provider or whatever not working properly. It takes me hours to post something and this is just ……
Now I’m already at the end of my Baja California trip. Tomorrow is business day. Oil change and minor maintenance, have to buy the ferry ticket and to get the “temporary motor vehicle import license for Mexico”. The ride down here wasn’t very exiting, mostly flat and straight. I will call it just a nice ride.
What an awesome Saturday!(I know, it’s already Sunday night)! It started with a sweet breakfast and I moved on after I stayed two days in Guerrero Negro. My goal for today, Santa Rosalita, on the other side of the Baja, on the Golfo de California. Now I ended up in the middle of the mountain.
