I’m done for the day. 500km or something like this, almost the entire time in the dessert with moderate temperatures (around 35-40). I still love the dessert. Crossed the Baja California from the West to the South and back, low traffic, lot’s of curves and the restriction mostly to 60km/h. That’s not enough to cool the engine down!

Border crossing was easier then I expected. I guess it’s still “Der Alte Ossi” in me, who is kind of scarred if he sees a border.
Yep, of curse as soon as I drove into this “thingie”, the alarm sound and the red lights flashing. Hm, what this means? Oh, I have to go to the “search area”.
Holy Moly, it’s hot. Only 35 and I’m close to a stroke …. heat stroke.
I think I have to change my dress, maybe should get rid of one or two layer, People looking at me like I’m from another universe. On the other hand, what’s good again the cold is also good against the heat.
