Not much to write or better too much to write and I don’t know where to start. We’re still in Los Olivos, trying to explor this “City”, maybe I should say Moloch. I have seen a lot of different kinds of large cities on this journey but Lima is the top. It’s just unbelievable huge, loud, ugly and beautiful again. Traffic is …. let me call it unusually …. very unusually.

Now I get used to, get used to not use any rules. No no, it isn’t truth, it’s not like the driver do not following any rules. It’s not dangerous, it’s just very very flexible how to use the rules. If a traffic light turns red,  wait a bit, usual somebody wont see it. Anyway, mostly the crossing is anyway blocked. As a pedestrians? Just run for your life.

Motos, not so many like in other cities in Central and South America. So you have more opportunities to go over the side walk or whatever is open to the pool position …. It’s just amazing experience.

We went into a lot of different places here in Metropolitan Lima, mostly with bus or taxi. For a few kilometer you have to calculate a huge amount of time.

On the other hand, it makes it in certain situation very easy to go around. 10 people in a taxi, no problem, if it isn’t a limousine, the kids going into the trunk and the rest squeeze in. The bus could be difficult when you come in a huge amount of people. Could be you have to split up. Don’t be shy if you want to get out!

So, I will try to upload some other pics …. maybe for mañana.
