Three days left, then we’re one our boat to Colombia!

Panama is a nice little country. Relative good developed at least here in the city and the other cities I have seen so far. Black and white are very close, but I think like everywhere in the world. The skyline of the city looks much more metropolitan than the skyline from Vancouver.

It’s really amazing what they build in the last few decades and still expand it. On the other hand, this isn’t the part I’m interested in it’s almost everywhere the same. All the big brands, hotel chains ……

If you stay away from this, you still find the old parts of town with all the nice little places and all the …. yep creepy places.

But this are the places where you can see the real life, the daily life. In one of this parts we staying since I arrived. From here we explored the Canal and some other places.

The Locks of Miraflores and the Locks of Gatun as example.

Personally, I preferred the Gatun Locks. You’re much close to the action.

We used also our precious time to look out for some exiting wildlife viewing like this ….

…. or this nice creature ….

…. now I also know where our soles of shoes comes from. They just grow in the jungle ….
