What a day again. Started with some stomach irritation, so we left the hotel already to late …. later than we want. Next surprise, jam. Que pasó? Strike! They blocked the Pan Americana. Maybe two, maybe four hours. No way around! Damn, no border crossing today. But after a few minutes, a jung guy now a way around! 500m in around one hour but saved a few more. After pushing some cars thru the „ditch“, I made it to another one. Missed only the last meter. I killed the motor, just not enough faith but I got of like a stuntman. One minute later with some helping hands …. done!

Border crossing …. I’m not sure how to describe it, just 3.5 hours, huge amount of photocopy’s and finally the bank to pay the import fee only four kilometers away. I will make it short, lets call it Kafkaesque.

Tomorrow?, lets go to the next border to Nicaragua! I will be happy we made it close.
