Now I’m already at the end of my Baja California trip. Tomorrow is business day. Oil change and minor maintenance, have to buy the ferry ticket and to get the “temporary motor vehicle import license for Mexico”. The ride down here wasn’t very exiting, mostly flat and straight. I will call it just a nice ride. Maybe I have seen already some awesome places and did some awesome roads. I think it isn’t easy to top this every day. But something new is always happen and the most exiting occurrence was a pull over by a local police man in Ciudad Constitución.

Damn, what did I wrong? Oh, I didn’t stopped correctly at the stop sign! Both feed on the ground, a full stop, pedestrian and other ridicules driver and bum! That’s what the man told me …. I guess so. He walked around the motorcycle and then …. a big smile on his face …… vamos señir i buen viaje ! Puh, this was close. The only problem is, it’s always risky to stop at this signs. Sometimes people do it, sometimes not. I have to slow down and always stay behind another car, so I can watch what they’re doing!

Now I want just put up some picture from the last to days. I stayed in Loreto, a nice little town on the Gulf of California.

Unfortunately the internet connection was relative bad so I decided not to waste my time in front of the square.

Instead I just relaxed, spend some time with laundry, shopping, beer drinking and walking in the sun ….

…. and watching peoples life.

The ride back from San Francisco de la Sierra was better than I expected. It was 10dgree less, much earlier in the morning and I knew what I’m going thru (not to forget much more experiences in off road riding than before!). Look at this ….

…. even some unexpected colors! Who said the dessert is gray?
